I just got my new computer so I have re-installed Aion and am now at the point where I am having to re-patch.
I had previously been fully patched on my previous computer and patching time wasn’t much of an issue, but now that I am re-patching at such a later date… I am receiving a download speed of around ~20 kb/s.
Is there anything I can do to increase the patching speed or maybe find the patches elsewhere and if so, how would I go about doing so?
I am patching all the way from the beginning. (0.0.0.0)
I am on a fast speed local connection, so that is not the issue. I do not have any other downloads running, no other games. So those are not the issues.

Your Aion game patching very slowly is normal. You’ll read the same on every Aion related forum. There isn’t really much you can do about this, except wait.
The next open beta will be announced next business week and will probably start somewhere early September. The open beta will require patch 1.5. And NCsoft has announced that they’ll distribute using torrents, which should increase download speeds by a lot.

I have my final exam very close to when the plane leaves. It’s an international flight to Hong Kong. I have 2 hours and 30 minutes to get between the end of my exam and when the plane leaves. It takes me 40 minutes to get to the airport from school, if I speed, it should take me 30 minutes. So is 2 hours enough if I run through the airport to check in, security, etc….. I cannot change the date or time, all flights are fully booked.
I heard that they will not even check in your luggage if you are not at least 2 hours ahead. What can I do?????

You’re going to be fined. Pay the ticket and move on. BTW, a ticket and a citation are the same thing. At 27 over, I’m surprised he didn’t write you up for willful reckless. But you’re probably looking at fine between $150 and $300 (depending on the state you live in).
I don’t know how it will affect your chances of getting on the State Patrol. And I doubt if a prosecutor will work very hard to amend a speeding ticket. A ticket is only an infraction and it is what it is.
